The team behind Voxelus and the Cryptocurrency ‘Voxel’ this year announced a full rebrand and restructure, to become RevolutionVR.
In recent weeks, the development team have been a little quiet in a public sense, and we apologise for that!
Since January, and following on from our initial blogpost we have been working heavily behind the scenes on upcoming projects which fall within both the original Voxelus product as well as a new project which is also now under the overall RevolutionVR umbrella of products, Xtraction Live.
As a team, we will shortly follow up with another blog post to provide an update on our work for Voxelus in Education, we can now confirm we have been hired directly to work on and bring out a paid Voxelus Experience, to a municipal district of Rosario, Argentina. This new experience will be provided to a population of around 1.5 million inhabitants, please stay tuned for a full update on this!.
Some weeks have past since we submitted the information for amending over to the new RVR Token as well as a switch to our new wallets and wallet code, this has been something of a common question across the community. We updated within the last week via a blog post directly from Bittrex in relation to this and this is mainly why our rebranding start via exchanges has been delayed.
“As a U.S.-based digital currency exchange, Bittrex is committed to incubating new blockchain technology projects and offering innovative, compliant digital tokens to our customers. Bittrex uses a robust digital token review process to ensure the tokens listed on the exchange are compliant with U.S. law and are not considered securities. Bittrex is committed to helping advance the United States’ global leadership in this emerging industry, and we look forward to continuing our proactive dialogue with the SEC and other regulators on how to build a secure, fully-regulated environment for blockchain that encourages innovation and economic growth.” – Attributable to Bittrex
We filed all the required information by the exchanges, and that involves a lot of legal work going back and forth. As this has been completed, Bittrex are now satisfied and are now going ahead with planned changes, this is to change the current VOX/BTC markets to the new RVR tag.
We now expect this to start at any time, Bittrex plan to coordinate any notices on any downtime for the VOX/BTC market and we’ll keep you updates via our social channels.
These amendments will also follow with changes at Coinmarketcap as well as via other exchanges & services where we have VOX/BTC pairings or other markets.
